This class is designed to help you gain full access to clearly see, feel, and experience your body's wisdom and beauty in all moments.

Many of us have grown tired of listening to those self-critical voices, and the pursuit of "perfection" that's been passed down from your family and the media.

Growing up, many of us have learned or even inherited patterns and programs around obsessive dieting, tracking calories in food diaries, lamenting weight gain, celebrating weight loss and sizing other women up. These systems and stories keep us caught up in an endless looping system of perfection which is never obtainable.

In this class, you’ll begin to witness what it feels like to fully occupy and be present in your body. This may feel new or unfamiliar to many. These life long patterns  have prevented us from receiving our natural birthright of infinite joy, bliss, and pleasure from our bodies.

Tonight’s journey into infinite consciousness can unlock guilt, blame, or shame implants you've internalized so we can create infinite space for change and self-acceptance.

We'll unravel and heal from any scars from wounds that you've manifested as pain in your body so you can be free and heal on ever level. When we connect to our higher selves, we can attract and manifest perfect health, a radiant body, and infinite abundance, joy, and loving relationships.

A powerful healing activation and accelerated light transmission will help you raise your vibration so you can begin to heal and nurture your body again and accelerate your body’s natural healing process.

A closing body gratitude meditation will help you release issues from your tissues belonging to others that you took on and agreed to carry for others. We will envision our bodies as they truly are while sending love, compassion, and gratitude to each and every body part all the way down to our cells and molecules so we can begin healing from the inside out.
