In order to reach our highest potential, we must heal the mind, body and spirit on all levels. Repairing the soul is an ancient art. The mind and body cannot exist without the soul. Examples of traumas that trigger or create soul fragments can be possessive relationships, physical injury, extreme states of anger, jealousy, shock, abandonment, sexual violations, ridicule by schoolmates or family, physical or emotional abuse, death, fear, sudden loss, psychedelic drug use, medical malpractice, near-death experiences, loss of loved ones (including pets), being a victim of a crime, car accidents a lot more.

When a trauma occurs, a fragment of our soul slips away and becomes energetically attached to the experience, person, or place responsible or involved in the situation, while still maintaining an energetic cord back to you, as the soul never loses its signature. It's important to change this pattern as this will continue until the soul fragment has been reintegrated and healed. When we retrieve and recover our soul fragments, we can immediately recognize what belongs to us and what belongs to others with perfect clarity.
