The heart chakra is the sum of our emotional and feeling self. It also serves as the midpoint of our chakra system and is like a bridge between the three lower chakras that govern our physical existence and the upper three chakras that govern our spiritual existence.

When open and aligned with the upper and lower chakras above and below the heart, you can experience unconditional love, forgiveness, peace, and serenity feeling love an being the vibration of love. When the heart chakra is closed or under/over active, you may experience feeling unworthy, shut down, hostile, paranoid, and unable to trust others.

We say this to remember our divine magnificence through the eyes, ears, and voice of the heart and to own, honor, and trust our feelings at all times.
